1. Genuine Guarantee

We promise that all products selling on BigNineBird are genuine and in original package, you will not receive any used or incomplete products from BigNineBird. (Except specified for products which are no picking)

Please inform us if you have found the product you received is incomplete or different from what we described, we will follow up as soon as possible.

2. Warranty Terms

We don’t support any warranty for the following situation:

~ Any product, which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed. (Including product’s original packages).

~ Damage, fault and deterioration resulting from:

● Misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other natural disasters.

● Any changes of interface, original setup, download software, removal or installation by yourself or other third parties.

● Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.

● Abrasion by any other causes.

● Use of supplies or parts not meeting the product's specifications.

● Attempted repair by anyone not authorized by BigNineBird.

● Unauthorized modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with the products.

● Any damage of the product due to shipment.

3. Return / Refund / Exchange

After the buyer purchased and received our receipt invoice, the orders are completed. No return, exchange, refund or partial refund, orders may not be canceled. We do not refund after payments are received, unless we made the mistake. We are as reasonable as possible. (Except you receive the item with defect).
