Shipping Policy
We accept home delivery. Once we have successfully confirmed your order, we will process your order on the next business day. And inform you the delivery date and time by email or phone(WhatsApp). Please note that this verification process can take up to 2 business days.
Deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as rain with thunderstorm, typhoon No.8 or black rainstorm warning is hoisted. Delivery appointment will be rearranged and notified you by email or phone(WhatsApp) if this occurs.
Return & Exchange Policy
After the buyer purchased and received our receipt invoice, the orders are completed. No return, exchange, refund or partial refund, orders may not be canceled. We do not refund after payments are received, unless we made the mistake. We are as reasonable as possible. (Except you receive the item with defect).
